AdValorem Syndicate opens doors to exceptional investments in high-growth startups, offering unparalleled access to the most promising private companies in the market.
I started this group to help everyday people who are:
1. Looking to raise money for their startup.
2. Wanting to sell their shares and move on.
3. Interested in investing in awesome deals that they usually can’t find.
I’ve been studying how the market works for a long time. My dad was a Ukrainian immigrant and a sign maker. I’ve been successfully investing for over 15 years. From 2012 to 2019, I owned and managed many properties while also building two businesses. In 2021, I sold my properties and created this group to invest in early-stage and later-stage opportunities.
Now is the time to start investing again!
Every time the market goes down, there’s a chance to build something new. Every time it goes up, there’s a chance to sell and make money.
In my group, we always invest alongside you. We buy shares in private companies and hold onto them until:
- The market raises their value.
- We find a buyer.
- We think it’s the right time to sell.
We don’t just rely on the usual way of investing; we also take advantage of the market when it's acting crazy. This helps us buy good assets at lower prices.
Successful Investing,
Val Kleyman
Lead Syndicator
P.S. As members of our group, we’re like family. You need to be an active investor. If you join us, you can expect to see some great investment opportunities.
Investment Criteria:
1. We look at companies based on their team, progress, market size, and how well their idea fits the market.
2. We invest in early-stage and later-stage rounds.
3. We prefer companies with lower prices and strong founders who work hard and are dedicated.

Disclosures:
Startup investing is incredibly risky, illiquid, and highly cyclical. You should never allocate more than 10% of your assets to this space and you should only invest what you are willing to lose. You must be an accredited investor.
Successful angels (in my opinion) make small bets in a large number of startups. Liquidity (for even the best investments) may be 10+ years out or in some cases never. We are long term investors.
- Most startups fail
- Only invest what you can afford to lose
- Please make sure you understand the value of diversification when making alternative investments
