The companies presented to this syndicate will fall into two categories: those that fall under A100x main thesis and have additional allocation to close, and those that come to us from adjacent industries and market segments, but are not a fit for A100x fund. This latter category will include traditional SaaS businesses, FinTech opportunities, engineering startups, and others.

We expect 4-6 deals per year, spread across early stages (pre-seed to Series A), with an average allocation between $100K and $300K.

Partners will commit at least 5% of the allocation to each deal from their personal capital.
