Timechain Metaverse Capital is an early-stage crypto fund that finds Metaverse companies and projects at attractive entry prices in the private market and pre-IDO stage. Our goal is to generate significant gains (10X-20X+) through our access, expertise and speed.

Fund Lead Commitment
Louis Cleroux, Thien Duy Tran's personal subscription per quarter will be at least 5% of each quarterly fund's total committed capital with a quarterly cap of $20,000 in total.
Special Disclosure
The Fund Lead is the founder of an operating company. In the event that the Fund Lead proposes that the Fund makes an investment in that company (or any other company controlled by the Fund Lead), AngelList Advisors (ALA) will consult with the Fund Lead and exercise its independent judgment to approve the investment recommendation.
