Our idea to company development process is swift and capital efficient, leveraging committed shared services and the collective experience of the Studio. We primarily build in the consumer, health, and technology sectors, and we are dedicated to solving real problems through innovative solutions.

Jelly Collective Rolling Fund
The Jelly Collective Rolling Fund predominantly invests in companies originating in our Venture Studio. Only the most promising of companies will meet our selection criteria. Our Fund invests in early-stage companies with a focus on consumer, health, and technology companies solving problems in innovative ways. Most of our seed investments will be in the $100K - $1.5M range.

Your investment in our Rolling Fund is an investment in the portfolio of companies that we invest in. Our deals will predominantly be companies developed in our Venture Studio and occasionally outside companies where there is a mutual fit. A rolling fund is similar to a traditional venture fund, with the main differences being flexibility on commitment terms and consistency of quarterly capital calls. You set your own subscription term and capital commitment.

What is a Rolling Fund?
Simply put, a Rolling Fund is an AngelList product that creates and manages a series of quarterly funds, allowing Limited Partners (LPs) flexibility on capital commitment and subscription term.

Like a traditional fund, rolling funds:
Charge management fees and have a fund-wide (crossed) carry across a two-year pool of deals (not per-deal carry like syndicates).
Are a blind pool that we can use to make quick and precise commitments to invest in deals.

Unlike a traditional fund investment:
Flexibility for LPs. You can change your investment amount, raising or lowering it for future investments. You choose your level of commitment based on how happy you are with our performance.
Evergreen Raise. As Emerging Managers and a new Venture Studio, a rolling fund allows us to prove ourselves and increase your confidence in our ability to deliver on our promise. A rolling fund allows us to raise capital incrementally and over time, rather than a one-time, big-bang fundraise and then locking the fund for four years.

By participating in our rolling fund, you are subscribing to our venture deal flow. You can raise or lower your capital commitment depending on your confidence and desired risk exposure. AngelList’s Rolling Fund Product creates a series of quarterly funds underneath for each investment, and then does the calculations behind the scenes to create a single "virtual fund".
