360 Venture Collective is a woman-founded and led venture firm based in Miami, Florida with an intentionally inclusive investment thesis.

We fund & accelerate pre-seed & seed stage venture scale tech-enabled companies led by historically underestimated founders building in the fin-tech, health-tech, prop-tech, and future of work sectors. Today we focus on funding companies that are registered and based in the United States.

Our rigorous focus on our fiduciary responsibility as fund managers is matched by our deep commitment to providing funding, resources, and advisory support to innovative founders that have historically had limited access to venture capital.

We are intentional about investing in companies led by women, LGBTQ+ & BIPOC founders who have the potential to bring new, necessary voices and solutions to venture scale problems that can positively impact the world and create meaningful returns for investors.

Our team at 360 Venture Collective engages in community-building activities that create brand visibility and connects us to high potential founders.

We are ecosystem builders. Hosting, speaking at, and sponsoring key events that are designed to reach historically underfunded founders is an important aspect of our approach to deal sourcing.

establishes partnerships with emerging launchpads for entrepreneurs

Our professional network, which includes serial successful founders, corporate leaders, and other aligned VCs, gives us access to strong deal flow and to unique opportunities to co-invest on early deals alongside established funds with strong performance & DEI records.

This syndicate will provide LP's with opportunities to invest alongside our inaugural fund, 360VC21. It will also provide opportunities to invest in high potential companies that we identify that don’t fit neatly into our core inaugural fund investment thesis.
