The syndicate is led by general partner Brian Bell who has a wealth of operational and investing experience. His operational achievements include scaling three AI startups to generate over $300 million in revenue, leading the AI category globally for AWS where he launched the SageMaker Marketplace with over 40 B2B SaaS companies, and leading the Marketplace Category Team at Microsoft, scaling more than 250 startups on the Azure Marketplace.
From an investment perspective, Brian built up Team Ignite to thousands of LPs and $5+ million AUM in over 80 investments, including four unicorns and four soonicorns.

She was instrumental in assisting more than 10 million companies in finding the perfect talent match, substantiating her capabilities in strategic hiring and workforce planning.
