We’re a wife-and-husband powerhouse team with over two decades of hands-on experience in building, scaling, and successfully exiting businesses in the digital infrastructure space.
After years of driving impact and innovation across fiber optics, data centers, and next-gen network deployments, we launched SuperK Ventures — a venture capital platform purpose-built to fund and accelerate early-stage companies redefining infrastructure for the connected future.

Track Record of Execution & Value Creation
Stephen brings 20+ years of founder/operator experience, including multiple exits and M&A. He founded Atlantic Metro Communications in 2002, delivering enterprise-grade digital infrastructure until its acquisition by 365 Data Centers in 2020. Highlights include delivering dark fiber to Yankee Stadium and the Empire State Building, and designing and operating private fiber networks for clients such as Brookfield Properties and Mercedes-Benz.
Together with our team, we’ve invested in over 25 transformative companies — including Planet Networks, Andrena, Flume Internet, Lightyear, and Siglo — and serve as trusted advisors to FasterNJ, Ubersmith, OIX, SuperTrace AI.
