Confirming that all listed co-investors are in fact investing on the same terms; if some invested as part of the same round but on more favorable terms, this will be clearly indicated.
Confirming that the lead (if there is one) invested within 3 months of Syndicate launch date; if a lead's investment is older than 3 months, this will be clearly indicated.
