How I Pick Startups?
- Teams: Ideas are cheap and a google search away. They cannot be protected on the internet, execution can be. Every new idea will be attempted by multiple teams but it's the teams that can execute at scale win the game. Teams with a bias to action & proof of previous execution will win. It's the age of builders with bold ideas.

High Leverage: There are ideas & business models that by design have high leverage. I am looking for startups deploying highest technology leverage to create value.
- Order of high to low leverage: Code > Media > Hardware
- Large Markets: Niche ideas are great entry points to larger markets but value creating companies end up being in large markets. Amazon can start with selling books but to become what it is today books is just one SKU among the millions of products they sell.
