Thesis: Firstly, I will only be investing in fabulous founders – they make or break a business. I particularly look for hustlers with perseverance. Secondly, I look for defensible ideas in large markets that have the potential to become home runs i.e. 100x outcomes. Preference will be to consider Pre-Seed to Series A opportunities whilst remaining sector agnostic. Seek to add value to founders by leveraging upon my past-experiences and large global network both for business development as well as for fundraising. I will continue to remain extremely selective and turn-down majority of the deal flow that I see in order to get to those propositions which can create outsized returns.

Important Notes:

- Early stage investing is highly risky. Invest only if you are comfortably losing the entire investment

- Feel free to opt-out or opt-in on a deal by deal basis

- I will endeavor to provide updates when possible but cannot guarantee them

- When a deal has a tight deadline or I have a small allocation, allocation priority will be given to the most active LPs
