Please see our syndicate intro deck.

We are building the most active syndicate focused on healthcare on AngelList. We invite LPs with active interests in healthcare to help source, review, invest, and ultimately support the most impactful companies with the best potential for returns.

We invest in founders with compassion for their customer’s pain, have unique insight into the healthcare problem, and have solutions that change the standard of care for the better. All in all, we believe these qualities allow our invested companies to attract the best talent as they scale, and build valuable companies that stand the test of time.

Here's what you can expect from us:

1-3 deals a quarter
Monthly syndicate newsletter covering commentary on news in healthcare investing, deal pipeline, deal updates.

Here's what we expect of you as an LP:

Ask questions! Do not be shy about asking more detail in my deal memo or update newsletter.
Be active on our deal page! Pressing "pass" does not hurt our feelings; it helps us triangulate the most relevant deals for you in the future

To encourage LP participation, we are generous with our carry share:

Refer a company: If you refer a company to us, and we end up syndicating, we’ll share 25% of the GP carry with the referrer.
Help us with DD: Depending on the amount of work you perform you can receive up to 25% of the GP carry. (Basically, if you write the whole deal memo and all we did was read and approve the contents, you’ll get 25% of the carry)
