About the Syndicate Lead:

Alok K. Agrawal, founder and lead of Agrawal Capital, is a seasoned executive with deep experience at the intersection of frontier technology and real-world industrial operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Ventures at Celestica, leading a global team across strategy, corporate development, and venture investing for a $10B enterprise. There, he helped deliver a 15x share price increase, doubled enterprise revenue, founded Celestica Ventures ($15M invested in high-growth startups in the first six months), and launched multiple $100M+ business lines.

Alok combines hands-on experience in large industrial and manufacturing businesses—from managing complex operations and P&Ls to driving corporate transformation—with exposure to Silicon Valley-style innovation and venture investing, giving him a rare perspective on scaling technology from prototype to industrial-scale impact. This blend allows him to identify founders who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and operational execution.
