Thank You, Cerebras LPs! ❤️ This is YOUR win. Enjoy it! Now, let's do it again and again!

Our Cerebras SPV just crossed a major milestone: with the Cerebras IPO clearing above 350/share, our $101,500 SPV with 2,200 shares is now worth roughly $770,000 on paper, before fees and carried interest, representing an approximate 7.6x gross multiple for our LPs on this single deal. - 5/14/26

Come say hi

The door's open — I actually reply. Catch me on X for unfiltered takes on deals and markets, LinkedIn for the longer investor conversations, or pull up a chair in our Discord where LPs, founders, and co-investors trade signal in real time. Whether you're looking to invest, co-invest, or just kick the tires — start a conversation.

How I actually operate

Capital formation is enterprise sales. Over four years I built a 660-LP network from a cold start — not by chasing deals, but by building the boring infrastructure (subs docs, KYC, capital calls, reporting) that makes LPs deploy fast. First OpenAI allocation went in at $157B; it's now marked at $852B.

Why now

Q1 2026 was the largest VC quarter ever — $300B into ~6,000 startups, and the DOL just opened the $8T 401(k) market to alternatives. Power-law math means you need 15–20+ positions, not 2–3. We're built for that breadth — across physical AI hitting the factory floor (Figure at BMW, Tesla Optimus, $6B robotics quarter) and the broader AI buildout.

The Newchip Warrant Portfolio — 4x–6x+ existing markups

The largest court-ordered liquidation of startup warrants in history. Angel Deal Syndicate, LLC won the court-approved auction — 81+ companies that have raised $186M+ post-issuance. More →
