Next Sequence,https://www.thenextsequence.com/, is investing in and accelerating #TechBio startups in the US and globally. Our investment thesis is focused on turning biotech startups into SaaS startups by leveraging our expertise as operators in AI and Computing through a 6 to 12 months AI accelerator program taking them from 0 to 1.

Our program, Next.AI, is dedicated to helping pre-seed and seed stage biotech startups scale by leveraging computing as a way to fasten their R&D process. We add-value to startups out of programs like IndieBio, YC or Entrepreneur First by making sure that we are able to help them get the most of the data that they are already generating no matter what and turn it into product insights that help them build better products and scale faster.

Our goal is to replicate and industrialize what we have done during the last past 3 years in the ecosystem that we have built called OpenSynBio, https://www.opensynbio.org/ . We think that through our fund and accelerator model we can have startups going through our program raise a new round of investment within 18 months with a multiple x3 or x5 between rounds.
