Kevin Siskar – Co-Founder & CEO of Finta
Kevin Siskar is the co-founder and CEO of Finta, an AI powered software platform greatly simplifying and guiding the fundraising process for companies. Kevin has a wealth of experience in the venture capital industry and has held leadership roles at various startup accelerators, including the Founder Institute and 43North. He has built a portfolio of over 160+ early-stage tech startups and co-founded the NYC Innovation Collective, a nonprofit alliance of 130+ accelerators and incubators. Kevin also served on its Board of Directors, continuing to champion early-stage innovation. He's been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, The Next Web, and Entrepreneur.
Rachel Sheppard – Director of Ventures at Mars Petcare
Rachel Sheppard is the Director of Ventures at Mars Petcare, where she leads early-stage investing through the Leap Venture Studio & Academy. Previously, Rachel was the Director of Global Marketing at the Founder Institute, where she drove digital marketing strategy in 180+ cities across 65+ countries. She is also the Co-Creator of the Female Founder Initiative, a global effort to help women start, build, and fund their startup companies. Rachel has been recognized on the Global Corporate Venturing Powerlist and continues to champion inclusive innovation in the pet care and startup ecosystems.
