Welcome to Inovexus Ventures. Inovexus is building the future of European Early-stage funding. We provide both funding and mentoring to founders who think global from day 1. LPs benefits

1/ Inovexus is a unique way to get first access to top deals in Europe. From an investor point of view, the Inovexus model is designed with a risk control approach combining a large portfolio asset with diversification and tailor-made acceleration.

2/ Moving forward, the pro-rata rights give Inovexus Limited Partners (LPs) unique access to follow-up rounds with the opportunity to co-invest with Tier 1 VCs.

3/ 0% Management fees policy. 100% of the LPs funds go to the startups. The complete model is supported by a €35k flat fee paid by startups to benefit from the Acceleration program and have unlimited access to the community. Ultimately, the fee triggers the model to become highly scalable and sustainable.

We believe in passionate entrepreneurs who want to change the world and therefore think globally from day one. We invest in pre-seed tech B2B companies and provide a tailor-made acceleration program for passionate entrepreneurs with global ambitions. Our focus is on investing in European tech startups.

Plans for the future

Out of 3000 in Europe, we are cherry-picking 30 startups in the next 12 months and will scale up to 100 startups per year in 2030. We invest €100k in pre-seed/seed rounds (€800k+) alongside local pre-seed/seed investors. The startups will raise a VC seed or serie A round in the next 18 months. We believe in founders and in cutting-edge tech verticals with the prospect of rapid growth. We like founders who think globally from day 1. We support European startups to scale the US way. The rolling fund gives also the opportunity for the LPs to invest in a few high-conviction deals to fast-track the funding process with the hottest deal in the market.

Secret sauce

More than cash, Inovexus brings the perfect smart ecosystem the founders need to receive Tier 1 VC funding. Every startup program is tailor-made through an individual roadmap and supported by a community of dedicated highly valued mentors. The community & tech-driven approach scale the sourcing strategy in batches of 3 to 4 investments every month. Batches follow the Investment Thesis, which includes the best deals handpicked by the team in dedicated VC-trendy verticals. Each batch has its own Demo Day.

Team

Acting in pre-seed/seed, Inovexus launched a community of more than 1000 cross-border investors who want to give back with funding & mentoring. The community effect brings sub-communities of angels, LPs, and GPs. They’re spread all over the world and bring as well a strong European deal flow and a global network. Alongside entrepreneurs, the French bank Credit Agricole, is one of the GPs. The core team is composed of 15 members with complementary backgrounds ready to change the game.

Every 6 months, we update our investment thesis based on US trends. The data given by the early-stage market in the US, allow us the set the incoming VCs trends in Europe. We accommodate those trends with our local market.
