Our primary thesis is that emerging markets represent a huge opportunity for growth in industries that we have experience and expertise in, e.g. hr tech, travel, and other marketplaces. We also occasionally invest in strong founding teams with product-market fit outside this thesis.

Our deal flow comes from a variety of sources:

• Syndicate members and their networks.
• Demo days from accelerators like YC and TechStars.
• Referrals from existing portfolio companies.
• Portfolio companies of other HR tech / emerging market partners.
