Welcome 👋 ! My name is Justin. I have been a tech entrepreneur and angel investor for the last 10 years since leaving my role in Private Equity in 2013 to start my previous company, Rentlytics. Since the Rentlytics acquisition in 2018, I have been spending all of my time making investments and incubating companies in Web3 / AI.

This fund will be focused on web3 and AI businesses and networks that have culture, crypto, and climate elements. I invest primarily in seed-stage companies that have grand ambitions with founders who have a passion for change and disruption.

---

I currently have a portfolio that has performed in the top 10% of all angel investors and funds. Based on each company's last valuation which undervalues their likely current valuation, my portfolio has posted a 6.5x multiple with no total losses. I was an early investor in companies like VTS, Juniper Square, Wattbuy, Latchel, Netsegg, and Obie. I am also an active member of Metacartel Ventures DAO where we have invested in many successful Web3 companies like Axie Infinity, RAI, XDai, EPNS, Zapper Finance, Potion Labs, and Republic.
