There is massive opportunity in AI/ML & Data driven Enterprise SaaS. This syndicate mostly co-invests alongside the Executive Venture Fund, which is focussed on investing in next-generation Enterprise SaaS AI companies.
We are very selective on deals. Our deal-vetting and due diligence process benefits from the insights of a large network of senior corporate executives and innovators from the Fortune-500 and beyond, and we invest in game-changing companies for which we can establish that our network provides tremendous value-add.
This syndicate is led by a strong team of 2 GPs with synergistic & diverse experience: Ankur Agarwal and Bernard Harguindeguy

- PE Background (former MD at Vista Equity Partners - one of the most active software investors with 96B+AUM, focussed on AI/ML in Enterprise SaaS, Buyouts, M&A),
- AI Strategy Expertise (advised 80+ CEOs & CTOs; former Boston Consulting Group and Microsoft Research),
- Operator & IPO Experience (former CTO at Ping Identity; SaaS, Cybersecurity, AI/ML thought leader),
- Serial Entrepreneurship Experience (founded & led companies acquired by Google, Sprinkler, Citrix, Symantec and more),
Dealflow
This syndicate does not co-invest in all deals that the Executive Enterprise Venture Fund invests in. Also, at times we will syndicate investments into game-changing companies defining the future digital economy, that are outside of the investment thesis of our fund.
The most common sources for deals for this syndicate are:
- Our partnerships with numerous accelerators, university ecosystems and other VCs
- References from our large network of corporate executives
- References from Ankur's own circles given his AI expertise and PE background with one of the world's most active software investors
