This has come in the form of proprietary technical IP, exclusive partnerships that could make or break an opportunity, or more often, unique data that is not accessible by others. I am broadly focused on enterprise businesses, including commoditized hardware that enables a unique software application, vertical applications for machine learning or computer vision, etc. My deal flow comes from a diverse set of founders and companies that I have worked with or advised, including among others: Spire Global, Kepler Communications, Descartes Labs, Swift Navigation, Clearbit, ZEIT and Mythic AI.

Chris Wake is a founder, advisor and investor. Most recently, he has been with Costanoa Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence. Prior, he acted as interim COO for two fast-growth companies in the cloud infrastructure (ZEIT) and customer intelligence spaces (Clearbit), respectively. And before that, he led operations for Spire Global (raised ~$140m), where he joined as Employee #1, helping to propel the company from zero to space in under 12-months with its first two satellites, and then led scaling for the company across global geographies and headcount.
